Product, People, Functionality: The Trifecta for a Solid Technology Platform

Seth Gordon: So let's, let's talk about how that's being done now. So you guys are leveraging the WealthBlock platform. You guys came on, you know, about a year ago. You were one of our first clients. And it was just like the perfect marriage from the get go, just good energy. And we were really excited about partnering with you guys. So tell us about that process of actually looking at different platforms. We're really the first one that you, you connected with. Did you know about others beforehand? What, what really drew you to, you know, wealth block overall and, and how's it helping you?
Hilary Mathias: Sure. So I had looked at some other platforms prior to meeting you. And the way I heard about you is you messaged me on LinkedIn and then I went to your profile. I'm like, "Oh, cool. What is this?" So I had looked at others prior to that. Our process was pretty manual. So, you know, I was sending the investors, the forms, you know, doing the accreditation, checks myself through, you know, North Capital. Everything was kind of manual and labor intensive, and I really wanted to streamline the process. So looking at other platforms, some things that made me not really pull the trigger on signing up with those was first of all, price, a lot of them were out of our, out of what we were willing to pay. And then, you know, being a startup, and also like just the functionality, but for me, one of the biggest things, like as soon as you and I talked is like, just as important of the quality and functionality of the product is the quality of the people. And so I learned how excited you were and how excited . . . And I think we got on the phone with Deji as well was like the next call. And I saw a company that was like willing to work with the clients to continue to develop like the portal was already great. And then I appreciated how, and I saw that early on that you guys would be willing to continue to make the platform even more valuable. So that was honestly like one of the biggest selling points for me was kind of having that confidence in you guys and that's worked out really well so far, so.
