Seth Gordon: So let's talk a little bit about the process that it took to become a regulation crowdfunding portal. Would you be able to offer some insights as to, you know, either what the audit was like or the types of conversations that you had to have? There's a lot of people that are potentially looking to get into crowdfunding serving as a portal operator, but they're not exactly sure where to start. It can be an overwhelming process. What would you recommend? What, what sorts of advice would you give and to help them prep?
Peter Stridh: I, I would say prepare for a long timeline meaning assume that the SEC process alone will, will take you including feedback iterations of, of submissions could well take 12 months. And a good preparation is also to engage with a good securities lawyer and have team members on your leadership team building out to your your business processes that have experience in securities. So I think if you have access to a securities lawyer, you have individuals on your team which have experienced specifically in in securities and obviously ideally Regulation CF, that that is definitely things that will help you be more successful, but in general, just prepare for quite some time in in invested, in compliance around business processes. And and it say yeah, the long-term journey as well on on compliance.
