Seth Gordon: But what would you say you've done to really elevate the game and, and really just sort of make a platform that pops for you, you know, and your investors to get them excited to log in.
Hilary Mathias: All right. So I am huge when it comes to like user interface and user experience. I think that kind of comes a little bit from my background, working in marketing and helping people with their websites and their online experiences. And so for me, when I first got to access the portal and build our offerings on there, since I'm able to like really customize how it looks, I feel like I, even though the portal is essentially like this pre-built thing, it's completely customizable to us. So when someone goes on to our page, I feel like our offering pages like on brand you know, I can change up the experience that they have on there. I can add in different details. It's so easy to customize. And so I love that we've been able to basically control that, look in that message and experience that people see when they go on to view an offer. So basically like the look, the aesthetic and that, that functionality to customize everything is, is huge for me. And I think that that's helped me with a previous challenge I had, which was kind of establishing that I guess, authority or like that trust where I want, I wanted people to be able to come onto our website and like, they can see that it's just simple. All they have to do is read about the offer, click the button, to invest and follow the steps. Or, you know, if they still have questions, there's the Q&A, they can post a question on there. We've been getting a lot of Q&A's lately. So I've been really enjoying that feature. A lot of questions and then or they can schedule a call. I love the integration with Calendly. So no matter what it is that they're thinking, you know, there's a way for them to obtain more information or easily access us. So I love that too. Another game-changer has been the investor journey. And so when I log on, I can easily see like, which investors are most interested based on what they've done on the website. And that takes me back to you were talking about the email basically drip campaign. So I'm loving the feature where you have the ability to email a message based on what they've done on the website. Like if they've or on the offering page, like if they've reviewed a document or they simply just got on the front end. And so that's really helped me out with follow up and making sure that, you know, as soon as someone goes to review a document, I know they're pretty far in the process of exploring the opportunity. And so I have an email already set up, ready to go. That's triggered when they do that, that says, "Hey, I noticed you were checking out the deal. You know, here's some of the reasons that we feel it's a strong opportunity. And here's the link to schedule a call with us if you have more questions." And so all of that is basically automated for me. So I can spend more time doing the things that I like to be doing, which is reaching out to more investors, doing cool videos with you, you know, whatever it is I need to be doing. I know that the platform in the background is following up with my investors, and then I can go in and follow up with a phone call or whatever it is I need to do. But those are just some of my favorite features that have made my life easier.
Seth Gordon: [Laughs] Amazing.

If you think about an elegant solution of keeping resources organized, being more efficient, and a manager that may not have the time or the team to manage 50 investors, you have to herd these cats, so to speak, into one area and get the deal done. I think WealthBlock is that solution.
